We consider any information that would allow a third party to link information to your name, address, phone number or email address as personally identifiable information (“PII”) which is subject to this policy. We do not consider the Identifying Code (as described in the Terms of Service) any person receives when responding to a Feedback Ad, or the analysis of ad view records or responses which may be associated with an Identifying Code as PII.
What we won’t do
We won’t publish your email address or any other information about you. We won’t share your PII with anyone outside Brash Insight Corporation without your consent, except as required by law. We won’t sell your PII to a third party except if Brash Insight Corporation or most of our assets are sold to a third party, in which case your PII may be transferred as well. We won’t knowingly allow our technologies to collect any PII from anyone who interacts with a Feedback Ad.
What we do
We’ll use reasonable effort to keep your PII safe. We’ll cooperate with law enforcement agencies if they contact us because they think you did something illegal. We prohibit people under 18 years of age from using The Service or this Website.
